Red Hats and More Thanks You!!

We have received so many nice e-mails and wonderful comments in our new blog! Thank you for being such great customers. We've made so many great friends and we really appreciate your business :)

Greetings, y'all.

I just wanted to send y'all a big Texas "THANK YOU!!" for your excellent service!!! I placed an order with your company July 11 at 2:00 p.m. with "Pam." She was most helpful & courteous. If your other sales people are like her, you are most fortunate, indeed!!

Everything I ordered was in stock & she said they would be shipped the next day. They were. I received an emial of confirmation. Pam said my order would arrive in 4 days, & it did.

Next, I'd like to commend your warehouse people. They did an excellent job of wrapping each item with care, tissue & tape. I've received other red hats in boxes that were smashed or bent out of shape & had to be returned. But not these!!! Even the Red Knot Hat & Frilly Milly were in excellent condition!! After everything was wrapped maticulously & to perfection, a layer of cardboard was taped over everything to keep the contents from moving. Then going the second mile, several sheets of packing wrap were included. Please thank Pam & your warehouse people for a job "VERY WELL DONE!!! THANK YOU!!!" I really do appreciate everything y'all did to make this such "a wonderful shopping experience" for me.

We here in Texas like to "brag" when something is good, so this email is to "brag" on your personnel!!! I belong to a Red Hat group that covers several cities in Texas Hill Country including Austin, San Antonio, New Branfels, San Marcos, Georgetown, Burnet, Marble Falls, Llano, Bertrum, Kingsland, Lake Buchanan, Horseshoe Bay, Salado, Wimberly & many others. Also I belong to a large motorhome group that covers all of Texas, New Orleans, Oklahoma & Arkansas. We are all connected via internet. I had already given them your email address before my order arrived, & you've already received orders from some of them. After you receive "this" email, however, I expect your sales to further increase, because I'm also sending them a copy of this note. So get ready!! grin.

May you continue to keep the great quality, excellent service, & fair prices to the public.....then stand back & watch how the Lord will enlarge your borders.
